Invasion Aftermath

Thank you for reading my story, I hope that you enjoy it. Mica xx Yorkshire England

We were ready. After the invasion we had spent years building in space. We had constructed a staging station to the moon, and on the moon, we had a huge facility that could house over 100 space soldiers and another 50 staff and scientists, and we were building more. I don’t understand the process, but they do something to the moon rock which extracts water and oxygen. With recycling wastewater, the moon was self-sufficient in water. They took liquified earth air to supplement the oxygen, apparently a pure oxygen air is very dangerous. Power was stored solar using Sodium Ion battery technology, whatever that is, all I knew was that it stored charge for days, whereas the old sort of battery could only store power for hours., and that is good when the night is fourteen days long

We had Surface-to-Space missiles on the moon, we had long range scanning satellites in Earth orbit that constantly looked for new or unexpected movement, we learned so much about our solar system and the objects within it, all data stored in massive supercomputers built deep underground, anything out of the usual was diagnosed within milliseconds.

On Earth we had re-surfaced virtually all roofs with a metal mesh that resisted the death rays that the aliens had used before, but somehow was resistant to lightening storms. Underground spaces were converted to safe bunkers, able to offer refuge should another attack occur.

Finally, the last cog in the defence machine, was a ‘Space Army’. Hundreds of us drawn from all over the world, average age thirty, trained in movement in space, how to use the handheld weapons that we would need. Spacesuits were no longer the great bulky things of years gone by, they were skintight giving much more movement, required less air, and less debilitating if punctured.

I was on my first moon rotation, blasting off from Space City in Northumberland, England, I had spent two days in Earth Orbit acclimatising to low gravity, and then two days as one of ten on a shuttle to Moon base. It was impressive, well to me anyway. The shuttle landed a little way from the base, and we all donned our helmets, plugged in our air pack, grabbed our gear and walked. It was very weird walking on the moon, each stride was about twice as long as you expected in both length and time. Very weird, but, by the time we were half way to the base, we were all walking like seasoned pros.

We all huddled into the airlock, and then slowly we realised that we could hear things again, as air filled the lock then noises became apparent once more. The walk from the shuttle to the base had been in complete silence, only your own heartbeat to keep you company.

The inner door opened and we removed our helmets and were almost overwhelmed with sound and smells. We could hear people talking, machines thumping, fans rotating, wow, it takes some getting used to after complete silence.

Two of the passengers weren’t Army, no idea what they were, but as soon as the airlock opened, they were off. I presumed they knew where to go, for me, not a clue, so I just stood easy with my seven Army colleagues. We were soon addressed, given billet details and told to make sure we were on Zulu time as that is the local time zone in use. I was already on Zulu, as I guessed most of us were. We were told to go and find our billet and then assemble in the mess at 1900.

In the small pack we were given was a map of Base, and I used that to find my way to my billet, mine was a two bunk billet on the East side of Base. The bottom bunk was already taken, I guess that meant I was on top. There was standard gear stowage, so my stuff went in that, my helmet on the helmet hook by the door. The other hook was empty, I guessed that its owner was out and about and wearing it.

I used the facilities, in one corner behind a small modesty screen, and tried my bunk. I have had worse. I dozed for about an hour and then annoyed with myself for not using the time to acclimate myself with Base, I clambered off the bunk and headed off to explore, helmet on but open, as I looked around, that tended to be the norm, although some people just wore shorts and bra if needed, after all every door was an airtight door. Temperature inside base was kept at 20˚C and so for many it seemed simple decency covering clothes were all that they felt they needed. I was still enjoying wearing the spacesuit and reluctant to remove it. Obviously as Army, I needed to keep myself in readiness.

I pretty soon got my bearings around base and was in the mess just before 1900. I grabbed a fluid and sat to one side waiting for the others to arrive. When we were all present, we were escorted to a room just down the corridor, and inside with the door closed, we were addressed.

“Another spacecraft has been detected. It appears larger than the first. We are going to assume hostile intent. You are now on duty, you will take four hours rest every eight, your konya escort rest rota will be given to you as you leave here. On rest you go to your bunk, on duty you go to your assigned post.”

He paused, giving us chance to take on board what we had all trained for. This was it. I was excited and shit scared all at the same time.

“At current rate of approach, they will be with us in four days, but we presume that they will decelerate. We have no idea if there are life forms on board. The smart thinking is that due to their speed of travel, life forms are unlikely, but we cannot be certain.”

Another pause, was this going to be an epic space battle so beloved by the Hollywood film makers, or another anticlimax like their first visit.

“You will be ready at all times, even if on bunk duty, we have no idea when the next phase will start, but we are not going to get caught napping, this time we will be hostile to them, expect interaction. Some of you have been assigned the flyers. You will spend from now until they arrive learning how to move around in space, you will be our first line when the aliens arrive. Your practice means our survival and their demise. Dismissed.”

Wow, okay, well, that was a lot to take in. My assignment was flyers, good, that meant I would be taking the fight to them. I headed off to the airlock.

The next few days were all about acclimatising to the flyers. They used thrusters to keep themselves aloft. It was just a different tool to learn. Weaponry were basic projectiles, depleted uranium so would pierce most enemy craft, we hoped. Each plane also had four air to air or air to surface missiles.

The time dragged as we waited, and then they were here, in very low orbit above the moon. Our instructions were clear, we flew up and sent video footage back to the scientists and they determined where to aim our missiles to effectively down the craft. Missiles duly dispatched the space craft fell slowly to the moon surface for a soft landing. The land-based space army swarmed all over it and there was a huge shock in store for us all.

I was stood down but kept active. That meant I was not flying but had to be available at a moment’s notice. I went back to my bunk and opened the door to meet my bunk mate.

“Gerry, what the fuck bro, I thought you were dead.”

“Geri, no, I had memory loss and then when I finally remembered who I was, they said all my family had perished in the attack. I was lucky apparently; I just had a brush with their beam. What about you?”

Gerald is my twin brother, I am Geraldine, yeah, thanks mum and dad for the innovative naming. I had been told that he was dead. I guess someone knew not otherwise we wouldn’t have been twin bunked.

“Mum and dad died in the attack, I was lucky, the beam missed me, and then we brought the fuckers down into the Atlantic. I just sort of hung around for a while, listless, and then eventually signed up for Space Army and this is my first posting.”

“It is so good to see you, I mean really, I was a bit lost when I found out all my family were dead. As I was a pilot before all this nonsense, I joined Space Army as a flight specialist. I have been up and about a few times in various spaces, I wanted to go to Mars, but that is such a long way away.”

“Crumbs, from flying holiday makers to flying to outer space, wow, my young brother, wow.”

“Only by three minutes younger and only because you bullied your way out of mum.”

“Say what you like, I am still older. So I am in charge.”

He got up, presumably to attack me in some brotherly way when a Tanoy announcement called us to the mess. We grabbed our helmets and headed off.

“Right people, sit rep. The alien craft is down and inactive as you know. We have examined the ship and it contains several thousand frozen pods, or stasis pods. The contents of the pods appear to be human like. We are going to bring two of the pods into base and the scientists will examine them and determine the next step. The alien craft has a propulsion method unknown to us, and it is damaged. Scientists will be working in the ship to see if they can figure it out. They will need accompanying by you people, rotas as you leave. The recovery of two pods will also need you people, again, rotas as you leave. Chop Chop people.”

I was on pod recovery, Gerry on scientist babysitting. My time was now, Gerry in eight hours. He headed back to the bunk, before he left, we hugged, old memories came back, the feeling of his arousal only too apparent. I headed to the air lock to get transport to the alien craft.

It really was quite huge when you got up to it, we were lucky it came down next to Base, and not on top of it, otherwise the base would have been destroyed. A hole had been cut in the side and that was the way in. A route had been painted in fluro to the pods in question. I made my way and dialled in the radio frequency that the scientists were using. I stood to one side, ready in case konyaaltı escort something untoward occurred and just let the scientists get on with it.

I was stood next to a pod and it had a see through top. Inside I could clearly see what looked like a human being, female. I presumed the one next to it that the scientists were working on was a male. I could hear them talking. There was still power to the pod but they did not know the sequence to reverse the stasis and ‘wake’ up the incumbent.

“Even if you do wake him, there is no air here, he/she would suffocate in the vacuum.”

“Thank you soldier, we are aware.” Well, that told me. I just stood there silent, it seemed safest.

They examined the pod carefully on the one side and then using meters they checked the wires that went in. They determined two were power cables, a DC supply of ten volts, and the other was probably a control cable. I was instructed to retrieve a power pack, some additional hands for lifting, and a buggy to transport it back to base.

It took us around an hour and a half to get the pod back into the airlock at the base, the control wire was ignored and cut after the power had been transferred to the power pack that I had retrieved. The journey was a little bumpy, but we were soon back at base. We took the pod into one of the secure rooms and then a lot of extra lighting and cameras were set up.

Now that we were in the base, we could open our helmets and hear normally. None of us took our suits off though, we had no idea what would happen when the pod was opened. It was quite a boring wait for me, as the scientists examined every inch of the pods. There was no point in even trying to figure out the controls, we had no idea how their computer worked or even if micro circuits were in use.

After much deliberation they cut the power and waited to see what would happen. There were illuminated panels that lit up, differing colours, unintelligible symbols, some things flashed and then there was a sort of whoosh noise and the lid eased away from the base. As soon as I heard the whoosh I shut my helmet, no knowing what gases could come from the pod.

The scientists stepped back, looked at their helmets, and put them on. For all we knew it could be too late for them. They could be infected, should I report it and get them quarantined, I wondered. I decided to watch and see what happened and how they behaved.

The lid was removed and put to one side. They took samples, presume blood and DNA from the male, and these were put in a small airlock for someone outside to collect and take to the lab for analysis. The scientists put small electrodes all over the body and connected them to various machines around the room.

It was as if I was watching a medical drama on Netflix, little lights running across screens, other light flashing, some beeping going on. Then everyone jumped back, me, I jumped forward. The body moved, arms raised slightly then fell back. I was ready in case he tried anything.

“We don’t know how long he has been in stasis, his muscles may not work yet, we don’t know the proper procedure for ‘awakening’ them.” One of the scientists said, I presumed for my benefit.

“We also don’t know if they are hostile or not. Their first visit killed millions on Earth.” I commented in response.

“True, we don’t know,” The scientist said, ” but they could be completely harmless.”

“Their spaceship is a similar design to the killing spaceship. It is unlikely that they are unrelated.”

“I understand your concerns.” He said and then turned back to the alien.

The alien was flicking its eyes open and closed.

“Lighting 10 percent” one of the scientists said, and immediately the light level in the room dimmed. This seemed to help the alien, he managed to slowly open his eyes and look around the room.

How must we have looked I wondered, not the people he expected, probably talking a strange language. The alien opened his mouth and sounds came out, quite guttural, as if his mouth were dry. One of the scientists took a bottle of water and drank from it and then offered to the alien. A few dribbles dropped into the aliens mouth. The alien tried to speak again, I could almost recognise it.

“Is that Canaanite?” I asked, “I had a Jewish friend, and he used words similar to that in ceremonies.”

“Yes, I believe it is.” He turned to a small microphone on the desk.

“Find out if we have any Hebrew speakers on base, if so I need one here now, if not they need to get one from Earth.”

The Alien said more words that none of us understood, and then tried to sit up, but his muscles were too weak. That pleased me, I didn’t want a strong alien to contend with, and I expected that I would have to contend with him.

The terminal on the desk bonged and one of the scientists read out the message.

“DNA shows human, about three thousand years ago on our DNA lineage. This one is blood type korfez escort A+.”

“Fuck,” the other scientist said. How the hell did an Earth person end up on an alien spacecraft? In fact how did several thousand end up there?”

My shift ended and another Space Army soldier came in. I assumed that there was no reason to quarantine, but I went to the sluice showers anyway and completely washed the outside of my suit. Just in case.

Back in my room, Gerry nowhere to be seen, I stripped, washed, set my alarm and hit my cot.

When I awoke Gerry was laying face down on his bunk, asleep and naked, a sight I haven’t seen in a while, but one I have seen on many an occasion in the past. I dressed quietly in my suit, grabbed my helmet and headed to the mess for the latest news.

There wasn’t a lot of news, the other female had been brought back whilst I slept, she was also human. They had found around fifteen damaged cryo pods where the alien humans inside were dead. This was probably from the crash when we shot them down. I shrugged, I could not feel sympathy, these people had murdered millions of Earth people, a few of them lost was not even in the same league.

I was back on duty with the male that we had resurrected. He had been moved to a bunk room, locked on the outside. He had a bed, a toilet, some clothes and bottles of water. We hoped he could figure out the toilet, not something I wanted teach an adult male. We were told a Hebrew speaker was on his way, and would be with us this afternoon. So far we were keeping the two aliens apart as we would not be able to understand what they would be saying.

The alien pointed at his backside. I pointed at the toilet and did a sitting down motion. The alien went across to the loo, sat on it and moved his bowel. I pointed at the tissue and simulated wiping my backside, he got the idea, then I pointed at the button to press for flush. He looked quizzically at me, I went over and pressed the button. He seemed genuinely surprised. I wondered what they did on his own planet. I assumed that the scientists are watching, so they would probably send some people to the ruined spacecraft to see if they could find any form of toilet.

A decision was being made as to what to do with them. There were several thousand and you couldn’t just pop them down anywhere. One suggestion had been to repair the abandoned and derelict Japanese island of Hashima, it would take some major work, but at least they would be isolated, some nine or ten miles from the mainland. No one was sure if they should be allowed to mix with the general populace. They would not be immune to our diseases, and us not to theirs. Hashima would resolve that issue. But that was for the future.

It was the end of my shift and I headed back to my bunk. Gerry had just washed and was sat on his bunk with a towel loosely around his middle.

“Well, how is the alien?” He asked.

“Remarkably human.”

“Remarkably?”

“You know what I mean. He is as human as you or I according to the tests.”

“Everywhere? You’ve seen him naked, everywhere?”

“You are impossible, yes he has a dick, no I haven’t seen it hard.”

“It seems so long ago, you and I.”

“I know. I miss you, I miss our love making, but I don’t think this is the time.”

Gerry walked over and kissed me, oh the feel of his lips on mine was divine, I hadn’t realised how much I missed him until then, how much I needed him. I held his dick in my hand, he obviously needed me, so hard, iron like on the inside, soft and warm on the surface. I dropped to my knees and took him in my mouth. Gerry gurgled and profaned as I moved my lips along his dick. His foreskin was loose in my mouth and I pushed it back, my tongue lapping the head of his dick.

It had been such a long time since I had been with him, his dick inside me, filling me with his seed, we had often talked of running away to somewhere where no one knew us and living as a married couple, but then the invasion happened. I was so lost when I thought him dead.

I held his balls in my hand and gently moved them in his sac, rolling them between my fingers, and then letting them fall I ran a fingernail along his perineum and pressed at his crinkle. His knees sagged and he groaned.

I moved my mouth faster, shagging him orally, his dick passing my tongue and my tonsils, entering my throat as I pressed my nose at his pubis, and as he was fully in my mouth, I pushed hard with my finger and I entered him.

“Aarghhhh,” he gasped as my finger delved and probed, looking for his little internal trigger. Rotating my finger inside him, seeking his prostate to take him over the edge. Faster I went with my mouth, his flavour a delight, his aroma manly and highly arousing to me. The rim of his dick ran across my tongue, a strange sensation as it passed, almost an electric tickle.

I pulled back, my mouth on his tip, my other hand pulling his foreskin back. I licked around the end of his dick, pressing my tongue at his little pee hole, licking around the join of his foreskin, an action I know usually takes him over the edge, this time was no different. I felt his dick pulse, his sperms shot down my throat, a tickle as they went. Twice, then a third spurt before it became just a dribble on my tongue.
